If you are to entrust your client to us at this tough time for them, it’s important that you feel comfortable with who we are and how we operate.  It’s also important that you understand that a period of short term pain will be unavoidable if we are to create a longer term outcome that is both better and, very importantly, sustainable.

• Reading the ‘About us’ pages of our main website will give you an idea as to who we are and how we approach things.  Please take a little time to read this, especially the pages explaining where we are different;
• We will involve you in the key decisions;
• We will help your client make informed decisions that produce a solution which repairs your client’s finances for the long term.  We find that short term fixes to major financial difficulties don’t work, similar problems recur leter on down the line with often disastrous consequences.
