Welcome to the formal insolvency focussed site of Midlands Business Recovery.

You probably don’t yet appreciate it yet but you are about to start on a roller coaster of a journey that I promise that it won’t all be downs!  Nowadays there are new, more effective ways for you as a business owner or adviser and me as an insolvency practitioner to deal with the issues we face, and for you as an indebted individual to solve your debt problems.  Significant opportunities await those who embrace change; who let go of the past; who dare to be different; who challenge everything and everyone; who approach everything, even severe financial difficulties, in a positive way. Yes, there is another way, and taking control of the situation by having the courage to make life changing decisions will be empowering!

We have split this site into four sections for you:
